Fully Funded PhD Position Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline

  • Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.50 out of 4.00

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent research aptitude

  • Work ethic: Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented with a hard-working mentality

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will significantly strengthen your application:

This is not absolutely necessary, but definitely recommended. Those candidates who have done research work related to sensing technologies, artificial intelligence, or robotics will certainly have an edge in the selection process.

Can applicants with a BS degree (without a Master’s) apply?

Certainly. Candidates who have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an appropriate field of engineering can apply for the post, as long as they fulfill all other requirements.

Can international students apply?
